Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days Free shipping on orders over $40

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected method.

International Shipping

VIVILANA ships internationally to select countries. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the tracking number to monitor your package’s progress until it arrives at your address.
